Description

This modern redesign features a farmhouse style with fresh, simple materials, yet balanced with warm woods.  The finishes were kept light but provide a variety of textures- subway tile within the shower, beadboard surrounding the tub and vanity, and a grey porcelain floor tile in a hexagon pattern. (instead of white wainscotting behind the vanity/ tub, there is an option to add color). The mixed metals provide a balance between the black matte finishes contrasted against the white finishes and the wood tones. The large soaking tub sits underneath the skylight. For evening baths, a decorative pendant above the tub will provide ambiance through soft lighting.  A ticking stripe window covering provides privacy on the bottom portion of the window at the tub. Louvered doors were incorporated to both conceal and offer ventilation for the washer/ dryer.
